Start here (low-risk first steps)
Strategy-to-Action Session: $295A 90-minute working session on one priority, followed by a written 1-page action plan within 2 business days. The fee is fully credited toward any project you sign within 30 days.
Project Health Check: $1,350An objective review of a project that is late, over budget or stuck: plan, schedule, budget and risk review, 2 stakeholder interviews, a health scorecard, the top 5 issues and their root causes, and a prioritized 30-day recovery plan. Turnaround: 5 to 7 business days.
Operations Health Check: $1,250An owner interview and 2 staff interviews, a high-level review of up to 3 workflows, a bottleneck list and an improvement roadmap ranked by return. Turnaround: 2 weeks.
Fixed-price packages
Project Launch Kit: $2,000For a new location, system rollout, product launch or internal initiative. A kickoff workshop, project charter, scope and work breakdown, milestone schedule, RACI, top-10 risk register, communication plan and status-report template, plus 2 check-ins in the first 30 days. Typical turnaround: 2 to 3 weeks.
Process Improvement Sprint: $2,500For one workflow that is slow, error-prone or depends on one person, such as quoting, intake, scheduling, fulfillment or billing. Lean Six Sigma methods in plain language: current-state map, root-cause analysis, baseline metrics, future-state map, up to 3 SOPs or checklists, 3 to 5 KPIs and a 30-day implementation plan. Typical turnaround: 3 to 4 weeks.
PMO Starter Kit: $3,900For businesses juggling 5 to 15 projects. A lightweight project office your team runs: intake form, prioritization scoring, a portfolio dashboard in the tool you already use, a template set, governance roles and calendar, and one team training. Typical turnaround: 4 to 6 weeks.
Ongoing support
Monthly support plans from $450/monthScheduled check-ins, status reporting, risk and action-log upkeep, and a steady hand on your priorities, up to a fractional project and operations lead (up to 16 hours a month). After any package, a 3-month Sustain Plan ($250/month) keeps the gains in place. Hourly work and custom projects are also available; we quote a fixed fee after a free discovery call.

PACTS Consulting is led by Cory Banco, founder and principal consultant. Cory holds an MBA in Project Management (LSU Shreveport), the PMP certification and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. PACTS takes the tools large organizations rely on and sizes them for small and mid-sized businesses, without the enterprise price tag or extra paperwork.
Cory Banco is a program and project leader who has spent about 7 years running high-stakes work at some of the country's best-known companies. Today Cory leads cross-functional healthcare programs at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, steering budgets of $500K to $5M and teams of 15 to 30 contributors through technology rollouts, process redesign and organizational change.
Before that, Cory led operations at Amazon, managing up to 200 associates and running the #1-ranked shift for 30 of 31 weeks, and held leadership roles at CarMax and Value City Furniture. Results include project timelines cut by 15% and operating costs cut by 30% through Lean.
PACTS works with businesses in any industry. Cory's hands-on experience is strongest in operations, healthcare and construction, and the same project and process methods (PMP, Lean Six Sigma) apply wherever work needs to get done.
